Tony's food journey began when he was just a teenager, working as a dishwasher and busboy at a bustling pancake house along the vibrant Jersey Shore. Little did he know, this humble start would ignite his passion for all things culinary. As Tony honed his skills, he quickly climbed the ranks and found himself at the grill, grinning with excitement at the sizzle and aroma of every dish he cooked.
Time marched on, and Tony's culinary prowess only grew with each passing year. Decades later, he found himself in the midst of a devastating storm - Hurricane Irma. The storm took a toll on the resort in Marathon where he worked as a food and beverage director, leaving Tony yearning for a fresh start. Fortunately, his foresight had led him to purchase an RV earlier, dreaming of transforming it into a unique food truck and catering vehicle.
With Hurricane Irma as the catalyst for change, Tony shifted his focus entirely to the creation of his dream food truck. Countless hours were dedicated to its construction, fueled by determination and an unwavering belief in the power of good food. Finally, in March of 2018, the A Movable Feast Food Truck roared to life, ready to serve the community.
A crucial component of Tony's food truck journey is his partner in both life and cuisine, his wife Maryna. Hailing from Europe, Maryna brings her own touch of continental flair to the menu. Together, they embrace the mantra of Keys Flavor, European Flair, infusing every dish with a harmonious blend of local ingredients and international influences. Their dedication to creating flavorful and nourishing cuisine shines through in every bite, leaving patrons craving for more.
As the couple continues to navigate the catering business, Tony and Maryna remain steadfast in their commitment to providing an unforgettable dining experience. With each mouth-watering creation that comes out of their kitchen, they spread a contagious enthusiasm for good food and an unspoken love for the art of cooking. The Jersey Shore may have started Tony's food career, but it is through the A Movable Feast that his passion truly flourishes, leaving a flavorful mark on the ever-evolving culinary landscape.

Maryna was not only born and raised in the small village of Ichnia, Ukraine but also owned several businesses there – one of which being a delightful bakery that specialized in baking and serving a wide range of traditional breads, cakes, pies, and pastries. Her insatiable wanderlust urged her to embark on various adventures across the globe, exposing her to numerous cultures, customs, and, of course, culinary practices. It was during her exploration of America that she found herself in the vibrant Florida Keys, where fate intervened and introduced her to Tony. Initially faced with a language barrier, they ingeniously discovered alternative ways to communicate, one of the most delicious being through food and drink. As they shared their respective recipes, preparations, and techniques, they not only grew closer as individuals but also as chefs. Their magnificent union was sealed not only by marriage but also by the amalgamation of their culinary talents, which is brilliantly showcased through the thriving venture known as A Movable Feast. Here, the marriage of their unparalleled expertise creates an unforgettable dining experience for all who partake.
